This Privacy Policy applies to World Soccer Dashboard, including the website, progressive web app, Android application, and related pages and services operated under the World Soccer Dashboard name.

World Soccer Dashboard is developed and operated by Sewell Innovation LLC, a United States company. Sewell Innovation LLC is the organization responsible for the data practices described in this policy.

World Soccer Dashboard does not currently offer user accounts, payments, comments, direct messaging, advertising, or user uploads. We do not ask users to provide a name, postal address, phone number, payment information, or precise location in order to use the app.

When a user accesses the app, our hosting, security, mapping, and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. Depending on the request and provider, this may include an IP address, IP-derived approximate location such as country or city, request paths, timestamps, page or feature interactions, browser and device characteristics, session or similar technical identifiers, diagnostic information, latency, and error or performance logs.

The app does not request GPS-based precise location and does not use the Android advertising ID.

The app stores the user's selected time-zone preference in local browser or WebView storage so match times can be displayed in the chosen time zone. This preference remains on the device unless the user changes it, clears site or app data, or uninstalls the app.

This local preference is not used for advertising and is not intended to identify a user.

We and our service providers use the information described above only for legitimate operational purposes connected to World Soccer Dashboard.

We use carefully selected service providers to operate the app. These providers process information on our behalf or as necessary to provide their services, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.

Vercel provides hosting, content delivery, server-side execution, security, and operational logging. Mapbox provides interactive map rendering and related map-delivery services. Sports-data providers supply schedules, scores, standings, teams, and match information through server-side requests. Provider credentials remain server-side and are not intentionally exposed to users.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce applicable terms, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

Sewell Innovation LLC does not sell personal information. World Soccer Dashboard does not contain third-party advertising, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information may be disclosed to infrastructure and service providers solely to operate, secure, measure, and improve the app. Those operational disclosures are not made for the providers' independent advertising purposes.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, security, debugging, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by data type and service provider. Technical logs may be kept according to provider retention schedules and our operational or legal needs, after which they are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified when appropriate.

The locally stored time-zone preference remains on the device until the user changes it, clears browser or app storage, or uninstalls the app.

Because the app does not create user accounts or maintain user profiles, there is no account-deletion feature or dedicated self-service data-deletion portal. Privacy inquiries may be submitted through the current support contact listed on the app's Google Play store page or by following the instructions on the Support page at /support. We will evaluate requests under applicable law, but some technical logs may not be reasonably linkable to a specific user or may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.

The app uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit between the user's device and the service. Provider credentials are kept on the server, and the Android app is configured to load the production service over an encrypted connection.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users should keep their devices, operating systems, and browsers up to date.

World Soccer Dashboard is available internationally. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Sewell Innovation LLC or its service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the user's home jurisdiction.

Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and provider safeguards for international data transfers.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the service, for legitimate interests such as security, reliability, analytics, and improvement, to comply with legal obligations, or with consent when consent is required.

Depending on the user's location, privacy law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights may be limited by applicable exceptions and by whether we can reasonably identify the information as relating to the requesting user.

Users can remove the locally stored time-zone preference by clearing site data, clearing the Android app's storage, or uninstalling the app.

World Soccer Dashboard is intended for a general audience age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through accounts, profiles, messaging, payments, or uploads because those features are not offered.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through a support interaction should use the contact process described below.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted at the same public URL and the 'Last updated' date will be changed.

If a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we will provide additional notice when required by law or Google Play policy.
